Police have taken six suspects into custody who they believe are responsible for a recent string of burglaries in Ahwatukee Foothills.
The six suspects had $7,000 to $8,000 worth of stolen property in their possession, according to Sgt. Scott McCauley of the Phoenix Police Department. McCauley said that police caught up to the suspects yesterday at a residence near the 16000 block of South 15th Drive, allegedly preparing to burglarize another Club West residence.
The burglars were charged with criminal trespassing, according to McCauley.
