Join colon hydrotherapist Dee Munsterman from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 13 for an afternoon of information, inspiration and laughter in the yoga studio at Wellspring Holistic Health, 430 W. Warner Road, Suite 104, in south Tempe.
This free two-hour “playshop” is put on by Munsterman, who has degrees in biology and metaphysics, is a former personal trainer, life coach, fourth-grade teacher, and yoga therapist. There will be a guest appearance by Patrick Sheridan, creator of “The Breathing Gym.” Bring friends, family, coworkers, the more the merrier.
