Cork is celebrating Foie Gras every Friday. The East Valley’s fine-dining destination is offering a unique, approachable foie dish from the mind of Chef Brian Peterson for $15 every Friday evening.

Started in Philadelphia in response to California’s foie ban to support suppliers who were farming foie the humane way, Cork is bringing Foie Fridays to the East Valley. Diners can expect an ever-changing weekly offering of foie in the New American style of Cork’s cuisine.

In addition to Foie Fridays, Cork, 4991 S. Alma School Road, Suite 1, in Chandler, is reopening after its July hiatus and restaurant refreshing with a new late summer dinner menu, revamped happy hour menu and resuming monthly Sunday tasting dinners come Aug. 26.
