Realty brokers John and Pam Eagan have moved their local office to a new Ahwatukee location, mentioning the real estate market is on the upside.

The associate brokers, and married couple, of Realty Executives found a new home for their office on Ray Road.

“Ray Road is central in Ahwatukee, and is the best location,” Pam said, who was previously on Chandler Boulevard.

Both Pam and husband, John, have been in real estate for more than 25 years, with Pam mentioning that she also grew up the business.

“It’s not a job, it’s our life,” Pam said about real estate.

The couple has lived in Ahwatukee since the early 1990s, around the same time the economy faced that year’s recession and in the decade before.

With that experience, the recession of 2008 wasn’t new to the couple, and Pam said the market has opportunity right now.

“There are a lot of buyer activities, and while interest rates are going up, they are still (overall) low,” Pam said.

For their branch of the international company, Realty Executives, the Eagans have new brand lettering and upholstery for the company trucks, and a new sign for the office’s location.

Amidst highs and lows in the market, the couple also managed to find a rhythm in working together as a married couple.

“We don’t intertwine,” said Pam of her and John’s workflow.

That way, according to Pam, “there is no ‘he said, she said’ and everything gets done.”

Being fans of the Ahwatukee area, and having raised all of their three children in the community, the Eagans don’t see themselves leaving anytime soon.

“We expect to be selling real estate for another 10 years,” Pam said.

Realty Executive’s Ahwatukee location is now at 3930 E. Ray Road. For more information, call (480) 961-5800.
