Wells is a 20-year construction and business development veteran specializing in health care, higher education, and corporate construction. He will lead Gilbane’s new business efforts in the Arizona public and private markets.
He is actively engaged with local community organizations and received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Murray State University. He is an avid cyclist who enjoys the local terrain Phoenix has to offer.
