Growing custom jewelry firm, Origami Owl (, has leased 147,486 square feet of space at 10 Chandler Business Park, located along the east side of Interstate 10 between Chandler Boulevard and Ray Road.

Origami Owl leased all of Building 9 this past summer, totaling 81,238 square feet of distribution/warehouse and office space at 500 N. 54th St. The company executed another lease for all of Building 7 at 450 N. 54th St., totaling 66,248 square feet of flex/office space, which will be used as the corporate headquarters.

A 14-year-old entrepreneur named Isabella “Bella” Weems, who simply wanted to make enough money to buy a car when she turned 16, started the Origami Owl company approximately three years ago. Origami Owl has grown into a significant social marketing jewelry corporation, known for its “Living Lockets” product that allows individuals to fill a clear locket with charms of personal choice. Origami Owl jewelry is sold through parties coordinated by sales associates, called Origami Owl designers.
