For the ninth consecutive year, the financial-services firm Edward Jones was named one of the "Best Places to Work" in the Valley, according to David Carruth, a financial advisor in Ahwatukee.
The firm ranked No. 6 in the extra large company category for companies with 1,000 or more associates.
The Phoenix Business Journal teamed up with Quantum Market Research to rank metro Phoenix area companies on their best practices. This year, Edward Jones celebrated the 10-year anniversary of its regional headquarters and training facility in Tempe.
Edward Jones, which ranked No. 11 on FORTUNE magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For" in 2011, is headquartered in St. Louis.
