The Desert West Regional office of Lincoln Property Company, a full-service real estate firm providing property management, receivership services, leasing, development and construction management, announced that it was recently selected to provide property management for Ahwatukee Mercado, the 54,000-square-foot retail center located at 4747 E. Elliott Road.
"The addition of Ahwatukee Mercado expands LPC's Phoenix portfolio of 5.5 million square feet," said Tammy Karth-Sidles, director of management services for Lincoln Property Company's Desert West Region. "This award increases our retail portfolio, adding to our expertise in providing full service real estate services for office, retail and industrial projects."
