Phoenix Premium Outlets, located near Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino on the Gila River Indian Community, will open for business on April 4.
Grand opening festivities will run April 4-7.
The center broke ground on March 27, 2012 and is expected to hold approximately 90 outlet stores in 360,000 square feet and employ more than 800 people. The center is expected to generate more than $140 million annually in retail sales.
The project is being developed by Simon Property Group, who has been looking for a site for the center for about 10 years. The company is investing $70 million into the project.
Retailers planning to open shop in the facility have not yet been announced but Phoenix Premium Outlet owners said shoppers can expect to find an average savings of 25 to 65 percent at the center.
