Fresenius Medical Care North America, a network of dialysis facilities, has named four of its Phoenix-area dialysis facilities Centers of Excellence for achieving the highest standards in patient care in 2011.
These annual awards recognize the facilities that perform the best, based on multiple objective measures of dialysis clinical quality.
