Small business owners in Maricopa County are invited to participate in a free workshop and learn more about the city of Phoenix business certification programs and how they can provide opportunities for small business economic growth from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, at Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington St., assembly room B.
