Imagine it’s your wedding day and the business you hired to take your wedding video doesn’t show up.

Or if they do show up, you can’t get the video!

That’s what dozens of Valley couples are going through right now. They each hired Urbane Wedding Media of Phoenix and the company seems to have disappeared.

Chloe Branciforte hired Urbane Wedding Media to take her engagement pictures and liked what she saw. She got those. And the company took video at her wedding.

But Branciforte says she also hired the company to take video of her wedding. Months after her wedding, she still can’t get that video.

Kristina Coyle of Chandler has the same issue. She did get a short video, but it made no sense.

“Random pieces, our feet, the crowd, no actual vows, no sound or any of that,” she said.

Jaclyn Moran says she liked the engagement pictures Urbane took, but Moran also hired Urbane for her wedding video. Her wedding is coming up in November and she’s concerned Urbane will be a no-show, and she’s got good reason to feel that way: We found the phone number for Urbane has been disconnected.

The business website is also down.

We visited three addresses listed for Urbane and the person who ran the company, Chad Koerber.

They were either sold or didn’t exist. The company seems to have vanished, taking the bride’s money and memories with them.

Online, dozens of brides blame Urbane for nearly ruining their big day.

One bride said: “Two days before my wedding, I had no videographer. You should be ashamed. I cried so much.”

Another said, “No videographer showed up on my wedding day. An incredible amount of stress before my wedding.”

The Better Business Bureau has 47 complaints involving Urbane in the last year.

“How could someone do this. I was sad and angry. I didn’t know what to think and was out $1,250,” Moran said.

She doesn’t know now if she can afford to pay a different videographer for her wedding.

Coyle says they are memories she can’t get back. She says pictures alone don’t capture the emotion of the day.

“You pay all this money and put all this time into it and we have no video to show for it,” she said. “My heart sank. I said, ‘Oh my gosh. I’m so angry. I did all this research and all I was supposed to and it still turned out like this.’”

Coyle and Branciforte are hoping their raw videos still exist somewhere.

So, if Koerber or anyone else connected with Urbane Wedding Video reads this, let’s make things right: Either bring the raw video to the ABC15 studios (515 N. 44th St., Phoenix) or call us at (602) 273-1500, and you can drop if off at the front desk, no questions asked.

I’ll make sure it gets to the right people.

And if anybody knows where Mr. Koerber or Urbane employees may be, please email me and let me know.

Urbane Wedding Company Owner? Yusuf Joseph?

Not sure how accurate this is, but my dad is a lawyer and is looking into this. I think weddingwire or the news is trying to cover up this for some reason. Ive emailed the reporter numerous times and continually I get ignored when I ask about the Yusuf Joseph guy on Google and the business trademark as being the owner. This all just doesnt make sense to me.....Im thinking we might be on to another owner now!! HOPEFULLY THIS ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILTY FOR WHAT HAPPENED.

I was also given the two links below and at least this is starting to make more sense!

http://www.bizapedia.com/az/URBANE-WEDDING-COMPANY.html

http://www.trademarks411.com/marks/85684767-urbane-wedding-company

http://www.linkedin.com/pub/yusuf-joseph/32/56a/39a

My dad also said that if the owner is Yusuf Joseph its going to come down to the dates of ownership to figure out where this ball was dropped, so look at your wedding date. If your wedding date was June or AFTER and you had a missing videographer it may be the new owner dropping the ball, also if your wedding date was before June and you DID HAVE a videographer just no footage and apparently the News now has the footage then once again looks like someone dropped the ball. Before June = all was good, just no footage (now with news) After June = No footage and No videographer. This looks to me like a new owner RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of all of these complaints. The reporter Joe Ducey did inform me that someone that was a previous editor is trying to edit all this footage and fix it....draw the lines (because on the LinkedIn it seems this guy is an editor) FRUSTRATING.
