Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) marks a milestone anniversary of 160 years helping customers succeed financially and communities thrive with a series of donations and volunteer activities across the nation.

In celebration of the 160th anniversary, Wells Fargo is donating $160,000 to local nonprofit organizations. Through voting at local Wells Fargo ATMs, eligible Wells Fargo customers in Arizona determined how the $160,000 was divided among three charities: The American Cancer Society receives $100,000; Association of Arizona Food Banks receives $30,000; and Big Brothers Big Sisters receives $30,000.

These grants are part of a special company-wide anniversary giving program which resulted in more than $2.5 million being donated to more than 60 nonprofit organizations across the U.S.
