Stanton to speak at Chamber Day of Champions Awards Breakfast

The Ahwatukee Foothills Chamber of Commerce will host its 13th annual Chamber Day of Champions Awards Breakfast on Friday, Feb. 3, from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Arizona Grand Resort, 8000 S. Arizona Grand Pkwy.

Each year, the chamber awards businesses and individuals for their outstanding leadership, service, excellence in business, and contribution to the community.

Chamber Day of Champions recognizes and applauds the exceptional leadership, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit that member companies exhibit and share with the community. The top awards include Business of the Year, New Business of the Year, Volunteer of the Year and Educational Mentor of the Year. The top three nominees for each category have been announced and are:

• Business of the Year - CHW Urgent Care Ahwatukee, San Tan Ford, Vision Community Management.

• New Business of the Year - Expressions Boutique, Loco Patron, Spinato's Pizzeria.

• Volunteer of the Year - Linda Jochim of Y-Opas, Cindy Pierzchalski of No Slip Zone, Darla Salem of A-Peeling Faces.

• Educational Mentor of the Year - Stephen Heiser of the Tempe Union High School District, Jenefer Miller of the Kyrene School District, Susan Voirol of the Tempe Union High School District.

The community is invited to attend and support the honorees. Ticket prices are $30 for chamber members and $35 for non-members. Table prices are $230 for members and $270 for non-members. To purchase tickets, contact the chamber at (480) 753-7676 or visit www.AhwatukeeChamber.com.
