This female poodle mix was found Thursday, Sept. 17, trying to cross Chandler Boulevard by the Ironwood Branch Library in Ahwatukee Foothills. She is black and gray in color, with a touch of tan on her face. She was found wearing a collar, but it had no tags. This small dog was taken to a local veterinarian but no microchip was found.

"She is a very sweet lap dog and I know she belongs to somebody," said resident Jackie Singh, who rescued the dog from the busy street this week.

If this is your dog or you know who owns her, please call Singh at (480) 893-3311.
