A Department of Public Safety officer pulled a Jeep Grand Cherokee over Thursday for a minor traffic infraction around 7 a.m. and discovered a vehicle full of suspected illegal immigrants on Interstate 10 between Warner and Elliot roads, authorities said.

Three men, one a juvenile, plus the driver were turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.

The men were taken into custody without incident.

Two weeks ago, 31 suspected illegal immigrants were taken into custody by DPS in two separate incidents on I-10 between Warner Road and the Arizona Mills shopping center.
