David Laser may just be 22 but he has parlayed his culinary heritage (his mother is former owner and chef of Mary Ann & Richie's and his sister Jamie Santoro is chef at Caffe Boa) and his experience at the Cork restaurant in Ocotillo, to become the Wine Cellar's newest executive chef. Known for its excellent wine bar and happy hours, new owners Irene Menting and Scott McMurray said they intend to build the popular wine bar into a place also known for its food. Aug. 6, 2010
