Colina "Souper" Bowl
Jacqueline Sheridan doesn't have any specific connection with the Green Bay Packers other than, like most of her classmates at Kyrene de la Colina, she is picking them to win Sunday's Super Bowl XLV over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Colina students have been using the Super Bowl to collect cans of food for the less fortunate for years, and in 11 of 13 of those years they picked the eventual winner. Principal Kelvin Inouye said one of their misses was in the last Super Bowl the Steelers played in when local youngsters picked the sentimental favorite, the Arizona Cardinals, only to see current Steeler quarterback Ben Roethlisberger nip the local NFL team on a late-game heroic pass.
