Sentencing Friday in Christmas Eve wrong-way crash
Posted: Wednesday, April 14, 2010 11:00 pmChristopher Lee Smith has been convicted of second-degree murder after a jury found him guilty of driving his vehicle, while intoxicated, the wrong way on Pecos Road and colliding head-on with an Ahwatukee Foothills family, killing Trang Vo, 34, on Christmas Eve 2007. His sentencing is scheduled for Friday.
