An Intro to Yoga Workshop will be offered from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 17 at the St. John Bosco Chapel in Ahwatukee Foothills, at 48th Street, south of Chandler Boulevard.
Teachers Denise Lawless and Kathy Marcucci will teach fundamental poses, alignment for safe practice, breath work and the basics of flow. Both Lawless and Marcucci completed their 200-hour yoga training with Holy Yoga in 2007, and Marcucci recently completed her 500-hour master teaching certificate work at Inner Vision Yoga.
