In addition to being a dedicated member of the community, Dave has a view of the bigger picture. From meetings with state-wide coalitions, he brings knowledge of what students need to learn in order to be competitive in the global economy. As a member of the Grand Canyon Institute, he is focused on developing solutions beyond the usual approaches. [thumbup][thumbup][thumbup] -- Mitzi Epstein

This is my third decade of teaching, and I have known Dr. Dave for well over the past ten years. He has been very active in the community -- always focused on bringing people together in a peaceful and cooperative way to solve real community issues. He will give everyone a fair hearing, but he is also able to bring his knowledge and experience to solve problems as well. His three kids have really benefited from the firm but positive guidance that Dave and Rochelle have given them. I know that Dave will do the best job possible to get every kid to get engaged in their own education, so that they will become productive future citizens. Dave is the one we need most. Thanks.

I agree with Kate. Dave is precisely the kind of person we all want on the Tempe Unified School Board--he is a dedicated parent, an outstanding teacher, and a great community member. He has a wealth of experience and the board (and the community as a whole) will benefit tremendously from having him on the board[thumbup][thumbup][thumbup]

Dave is an excellent choice for Tempe Union School Board and deserves our votes. He is a pragmatic problem solver delivering results that improve the education for all children in the district. This will benefit not only the students, but the entire community for many years. [thumbup][thumbup][thumbup]
