Majerle (Marley) is a 1-year-old, black and white, petite Siberian Husky. She is microchipped and has blue eyes. She is crate-trained, leash-trained and house-trained. Majerle is very personable, friendly with everyone she meets and loves to interact with people. She is still very puppyish and has a lot of energy. Majerle likes to chew; however, she is very content to be in her crate with a bone or toy so her adopter must be prepared to use a crate when she is left alone.
Majerle would thrive as an only dog, getting all of the attention. She does get along with other dogs. Her back left hip was injured when she was a young pup. She has compensated well, is not in any pain and has no idea that anything is wrong with her - there are no restrictions on her activity. Because of this hip issue, it is critical for her to be exercised regularly along with five to 10 minutes of tricks and stretching targeted to keep her hip healthy and flexible. Her ideal adopter will have time for daily walks or hikes and teaching her to swim in warmer weather. Majerle will need to have X-rays repeated in a few months. Arizona Siberian Husky Rescue and Adoption, Inc. will cover this expense for her adopter.
Majerle has an engaging personality and will make someone a great friend. If you are interested in adding Majerle to your family, submit an application with Arizona Siberian Husky Rescue and Adoption at www.ashra.org.
