All Billy needs is a few seconds in your presence to make you fall in love with him. His handsome tiger stripes, squinty eyes and perpetual grin are the tools he uses to draw you in. Billy loves people, no question about it. He has no qualms about jumping into your lap, placing his paws on your chest and enthusiastically head butting you in hopes of receiving some petting.
