Butterfly is an absolute sweetheart of a dog. She’s an adult American Bulldog mix found as a stray with an existing skin condition, which appeared to be allergies left untreated that left some spots without hair. Butterfly loves to play with toys, prefers larger dogs to smaller ones, and just loves people.

Butterfly has tested positive for tick fever but she can go home to a “foster to adopt” while she continues her medication. Volunteers would love to talk with anyone wanting to know more about Butterfly. Be sure to ask about her reduced adoption fee as part of Friends for Life’s special adoption program leading up to their BARKtoberfest event on Oct. 13.

Butterfly is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. To learn more, contact Friends for Life at (480) 497-8296 or see more pictures of Butterfly at www.azfriends.org.
