Sandra Hopkins

Sandra Hopkins, 61, went to be with Our Lord and Savior, Sept. 22. Born March 16, 1952 in Oneonta, N.Y., Sandy was a compassionate, inspiring, radiant and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend and mentor. She is survived by Bob, her husband of 30 years; daughters Casey (Aaron) Hopkins-Johnson and Delaney Hopkins; sisters Donna (Fred) Murray and Linda (Ron) Avolio; nieces and nephews, Allison (Murray) Covell, Michael Murray, Brian Ulmer, Daniel Ulmer, Matthew Ulmer and Katelyn Harrison. She was preceded in death by her parents, Geraldine and Richard Aldrich. We rejoice that Sandy is now pain free and with the God she loved and served.

A Celebration of Sandy’s life will be at noon on Saturday, Sept. 28 at Mountain Park Community Church, 2408 E. Pecos Road in Ahwatukee. A time to share with Sandy’s family will begin at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions can be made through Mountain Park Community Church.
