Wayne Earl Downing, 56, of Ahwatukee Foothills passed away on Sunday, Dec. 9.
He was born on May 9, 1956 in Phoenix and he owned and operated Downing Glass Company.
Wayne leaves behind his two sons, David and Eric, his daughter-in-law, Charity, grandson, Skyler, and brother, Donald.
He is now reunited with his parents, Richard (Dick) and Savella, and his eldest brother, Richard Allen.
A memorial service will take place at the Legacy Funeral Home, 1374 N. Arizona Ave. in Chandler, on Saturday, Dec. 29 at 11 a.m.
