Alfonso Rodriguez, longtime resident of Ahwatukee for 36 years, passed away on June 19. Well known business man and friend. He worked at Got Climate Control and W.D. Manor continuously for 35 years as a project engineer. He was an active member of the Orpheus Male Choir for years and traveled to Europe five times singing. He was an active member of Rotary and was president of that organization. He was a friend to all, a fine artist and musician.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years of marriage, Bonnie L. Rodriguez, and his sister in-law, Jacqueline L. Evans, brother, Ruben Rodriguez G., and sister, Rebecca, of Mexico City. He had several nieces and nephews. Last but not least, his adopted daughter, Marisol Figueroa, and her new husband, Edison, of Mexico. Services will be private for family only. Please no flowers or plants. Donations can be made to the Salvation Army or The Gift of Lake Rotary Club.
