The 98th annual Board of Visitor’s charity ball will take place on April 6, 2013 at the Camelback Inn Resort and Spa. Prue Brito, chairman of the Board of Visitors, has announced 38 exceptional Valley high school seniors who will be presented as flower girls at the ball. Two of the girls chosen, Courtney Cox and Megan Crown, are from Ahwatukee Foothills.
Established in 1908, the Board of Visitors is the oldest charitable organization in Arizona. Since 1995, the group has donated more than $15 million to serve the health care needs of women, children and the elderly in the greater metropolitan Phoenix area. In 2012, they donated more than $1 million to nonprofit organizations in the Valley.
