Elementary students from Keystone Montessori School in Ahwatukee spent hours this past holiday season visiting local area assisted living centers. Students, ages 9-12, sang Christmas carols, decorated resident homes and played musical instruments at both Desert Garden Assisted Living in Ahwatukee and Sunrise Senior Living in Chandler.

On another occasion, Upper Elementary students volunteered at a local organization that helps feed children globally. “Feed My Starving Children,” located in Tempe, provides life-saving meals to people who need them most all over the world. They assist in feeding countries affected by natural disaster to places enduring economic despair.
