Bob and Maggie Doehnert, longtime residents of Ahwatukee Foothills, announce the engagement of their daughter, Debbie Doehnert, to Christopher Nicholson, son of Linda Bergen and John Nicholson.
The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Desert Vista High School and 2008 graduate of the University of Arizona. Debbie is currently finishing her doctorate of pharmacy from the University of Arizona.
The bridegroom-to-be is a graduate of Mountain Pointe High School and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Chris is currently enrolled at the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. The couple resides in Tucson.
The wedding is planned for fall of 2012.
