Phoenix attorney appointed to national subcommittee

Maria Crimi Speth, an equity partner at Phoenix business law firm Jaburg Wilk, has been appointed to the U.S. Subcommittee of the Anticounterfeiting Committee for the 2014-2015 term at the International Trademark Association, effective Jan. 1, 2014.

The International Trademark Association (INTA) is a nonprofit global association of trademark owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and related intellectual property.

Speth is the department head of the intellectual property group at Jaburg Wilk and has expertise in copyright law, trademark, trade name, Internet law, and intellectual property litigation.
