Valley Forward Association has announced the promotion of Danielle Giannetti of Ahwatukee Foothills to events manager. In this new role, she will coordinate all event operations and logistics for the membership-based environmental public interest organization.

Giannetti is actively involved with Valley Forward's numerous event committees to help plan, manage and implement signature programs, including the Livability Summit, Environmental Excellence Awards, EarthFest Educators Night and Annual Luncheon, in addition to member mixers and quarterly luncheons. She previously served as the organization's operations manager and has been a member of the staff since May 2009.

Giannetti graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. She previously interned at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center's Marketing and Public Relations Department. Prior to that, she served as director of first impressions at Keller Williams Reality's East Valley office.

Valley Forward is a 42-year-old, nonprofit public interest organization that brings business and civic leaders together to convene thoughtful public dialogue on regional issues and to promote cooperative efforts to improve the sustainability and livability of the Valley and state.
