The Phoenix Symphony Association announced that Gena Trimble has joined its board of directors.
Trimble has spent the last 28 years building a career with Salt River Project. Currently, an associate general manager of marketing and communications for SRP, Trimble is responsible for connecting SRP with all stakeholders. She oversees market research, product development and marketing for SRP.
Prior to this position, Trimble was the manager of communications and community relations. In 1997, Trimble was voted the city of Tempe's business woman of the year by the Tempe Chamber of Commerce.
Trimble has been in leadership positions and served on numerous boards and throughout the community. In addition to The Phoenix Symphony, she serves on the board and executive committee of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce. Trimble is a former member of the board and executive committee of GPEC and served on the board of directors for the Arizona Foundation for Women.
