The Knights of Columbus Council of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Ahwatukee Foothills has donated funds raised from its annual Persons with Intellectual Disabilities Drive to the Down Syndrome Network of Arizona (DSNetworkAZ); an Arizona based 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. The monies donated will be used to support DSNetworkAZ's Young Adults Group (YAG).

The mission of the DSNetwork Young Adults Group is to provide opportunities for fun social activities, educational opportunities, as well as networking for young adults with Down syndrome. DSNetwork Young Adult Group is designed for young adults 16 and older.

Founded in 2002, the mission of DSNetworkAZ is to educate, support and advocate for those in our community impacted by Down syndrome. For more information, call (480)759-9150 or visit www.dsnetworkaz.org.
