Ahwatukee Preschool hosts its own election

The tables were decorated in red and blue, the candidate pictures were hanging on the walls, and the ballots were ready to be marked. It was Election Day at Ahwatukee Preschool Nov. 5-6, where children ages 3-5 cast their vote for the President. The children were escorted to the polling place and the director, Diane Fitzsimons, talked to the children about the job of being President and then the kids headed to their polling place and cast their vote.
