Alexandra Marie Goe has graduated from the University of California, Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine. Commencement exercises took place June 11 at the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts where she received the degree of doctor of veterinary medicine.
Goe will begin a one-year internship at Veterinary Specialty Hospital of San Diego. She hopes to return to UC Davis to complete her residency program in zoological medicine.
She attended Kyrene de la Sierra Elementary School and earned her undergraduate degree with a major in avian sciences at the University of California, Davis, in 2005.
She is the daughter of Sam and Kari Goe of Ahwatukee Foothills.
