Ahwatukee Foothills Girl Scout Troop 1644 showed off its artwork for fine arts in their division at the Arizona State Fair and placed first, earning the "Best Exhibit" honor. The girls are all 8 years old and close friends. At one of their Brownie meetings, they each painted a cactus wren using water colors.
