Troop Leader Kim Artusa and the girls of Ahwatukee Junior Girl Scout Troop 1244 were treated to a fun and unique experience through the generosity and assistance of Lee Marino, owner of Vincent’s Pizzeria, 4905 E. Ray Road.

The group of 14 girls received the opportunity to tour the restaurant, including the kitchen, to learn basics of how the business is run and to receive hands-on experience making their own personal pizzas to earn their cooking badge.

Marino spared no expense of either his generosity and time to show the girls of Troop 244 a wonderful time. Vincent’s Pizzeria is a local Ahwatukee restaurant who is known for its authentic recipes.

Artusa and Junior Troop 1244 want to express their most heartfelt thank you to Marino and his team for putting together this exciting experience.
