The Dance Depot family congratulates Antoine Olds, the studio's artistic director, on his success in mentoring "America's Favorite Dancer" Lauren Froderman, who was named the Season 7 winner of the So You Think You Can Dance series on Aug. 12.
Olds was instrumental as a choreographer, costume designer, mentor and coach throughout her entire journey on the series. He was often seen in the audience cheering her on.
Olds is currently in charge of the Dance Depot's national title-winning competition team, which includes the choreography, artistic direction and costuming. He also teaches numerous technique and dance classes at the studio.
The Dance Depot is owned by Georgia Foote and is located at 32nd Street and Chandler Boulevard.
