Shane Dyer and Johanna M. Soto are engaged.

Mr. and Mrs. Soto of Camuy, Puerto Rico, announced the engagement of their daughter, Johanna Marie, to Shane Dyer, son of Michael Dyer and Kathi Pilcher of Longview, WA.
Soto graduated with her master’s degree from the University of Sacred Heart, and is a sales representative for FedEx. Dyer works as a commissioning agent for Commissioning Concepts.
A summer wedding is planned.
