Sarah Engels has been named Miss Ahwatukee in the 2013 Miss Arizona Teen USA Pageant that will take place on Saturday, Jan. 5 and Sunday, Jan. 6 at the Mesa Arts Center. Engels has lived in Ahwatukee since she was born and is proud to represent her community.
She is a senior at Desert Vista High School and plans on continuing her education in the field of nursing at Grand Canyon University.
Engles is a member of the National Charity League, Ahwatukee chapter, and is the daughter of Ahwatukee residents Bob and Carmella Engels.
