Stacey Lykins, an Ahwatukee real estate agent with West USA, received her broker’s license with the state of Arizona and has been made associate broker with West USA.

Lykins has been in real estate for more than eight years and is thrilled to have gotten her broker’s license. This represents the next step in her real estate career. The requirements were stringent, but worth while in continuing her education to be able to service her clients more effectively.

Lykins has lived in Arizona for more than 25 years and has loved watching Ahwatukee grow and become the wonderful community it is today.

Her previous career was in commercial lending, where her portfolio contains multi-million dollar deals. Coming from the banking background, she has a unique skill set including negotiating, financing and deal structuring, all beneficial for her buyers and sellers. She has lived and worked in Ahwatukee for more than 25 years, and is active in the community, schools and church.

Reach Lykins at (602) 616-9971 or S.Lykins@LykinsProperties.com.
