Experience Matters, an organization that connects skilled baby boomers with nonprofits in need of their time and talent, announced Beth Fiorenza is joining the organization as chief operating officer. Fiorenza has been with Tempe Community Action Agency since 2004 in her role as executive director.

Prior to joining the Tempe Community Action Agency, Fiorenza worked for Tempe Community Council from 1998 to 2004 and city of Scottsdale from 1997 to 1998. She holds a masters of public administration and bachelor of science in political science from Arizona State University.
