Chandler resident and avid car collector Ron Pratte nabbed a little piece of American history for $105,000 at Barrett-Jackson last Thursday. Pratte is adding the quirky 1963 Jeep Custom Mail Truck, complete with a matching U.S. Mail Box, to his already impressive car collection. Known for spending nearly as much on charity as on cars, all proceeds from the sale of the mail truck will benefit Cox Charities and Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
