JA You’re Hired! is an innovative Junior Achievement program for college-bound high school students that empowers young people to own their economic success. JA You’re Hired! has three parts, and begins with a volunteer and teacher-led curriculum designed to build career readiness and skills valued in the global job market. Then, a group of students from each participating school attends the JA You’re Hired! Challenge.

This locally developed program received national recognition with a MetLife Foundation Award recognizing innovation and entrepreneurial programs.
