Megan Levardo and Brett Carter are engaged to be married, and the wedding will take place Oct. 16 at Grace Lutheran Church in Phoenix.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Becky and Bob Levardo of Phoenix. She graduated from Sunrise Mountain High School in 2005 and the University of Arizona in 2009. She is employed by Life Technologies Company in Carlsbad, Calif.
The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Kathy and Scott Carter of Ahwatukee Foothills. He graduated from Mountain Pointe High School in 2002 and the University of Arizona in 2007. He is employed by Callaway Golf Company in Carlsbad, Calif.
The wedding party includes Liz Levardo, Ali Carter, Laura Levardo, Chelsea Hodson, Brian Hernandez, Ricky Maalouf, Scott Hernandez and Rami Burbar.
