Christina Bobb is a 2001 graduate of Mountain Pointe High School. From there she went on to get her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.

She received her law degree from California Western Law School in San Diego, along with  a master’s in business administration from San Diego State University in 2008.

She worked briefly with the juvenile dependency division of San Diego County before joining the United States Marine Corps.

She completed the Officer Candidate School in Quantico, Va., in August 2009 and was commissioned as a second lieutenant. On May 13 of this year, she completed The Basic School program, which is required for all Marine officers.  In that program, there were 280 graduates and just 16 were women. In August she will go to Newport, R.I., for 10 weeks to complete Naval Justice School.

Bobb has been stationed as a Judge Advocate (JAG officer) in Quantico, Va., which is the headquarters for the Marine Corps. She will be representing enlisted Marines in their legal assistance division.

She is the daughter of Jean and Douglas Bobb. Her father is a Valley orthopedic hand surgeon with an office in Ahwatukee Foothills.
