If your New Year's resolution includes more exercise, the Maricopa Community Colleges have an inexpensive alternative to consider. Sign up for a fitness class at any of eight of the Maricopa Community Colleges, and you'll have access to state-of-the-art equipment, professional personal trainers and flexible operating hours that include most evenings and some weekends. Another bonus is receiving a student identification card, which also entitles you to attend performing arts concerts, library usage and a host of other benefits only available to students. Specifications differ slightly at each of the colleges that offer fitness center locations, so it's best to contact the Maricopa Community College nearest you for more information on fitness center costs, hours, and locations.
