The award-winning South Mountain Community College Storytelling Institute will present nationally renowned teller of tales Donald Davis in concert at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, in the College Performance Hall, 7050 S. 24th St.

Davis is master storyteller who has performed throughout the United States and the world, including the Smithsonian Institution, the World's Fair and as guest host of National Public Radio's "Good Evening."

SMCC storytelling programs are not limited to children's events, but often contain sophisticated themes and content, and are suitable for both adults and young people.
