On Tuesday, April 3 the American Heart Association and the Phoenix Mercury are offering CPR certification training to 100 teachers, at a reduced cost. The event is the largest CPR certification ever held in the Valley — so large, it’s taking place on the main court of the US Airways Center.

The cost is $25. It includes child and adult CPR and AED certification provided by CPR Solutions trainers, a CPR manual and a free ticket to the Phoenix Mercury home opener against the L.A. Sparks. The training starts at 5 p.m.

Only 100 reduced cost slots are available. To register, teachers can call the American Heart Association at (623) 202-5997 or visit www.CPR.kintera.org.
